Single-Origin Sourcing
Our hives reside in secluded floral pockets in Sherwood and the Durban coastal belt. The bees forage unhindered on wild eucalyptus, indigenous thornveld, and subtropical blossoms.
Cold Extraction
Never flash-heated or pasteurized. We uncap the combs by hand and use gentle centrifugal spinning at room temperature, keeping precious enzymes, pollen, and propolis alive.
Artisanal Bottling
Gravity-filtered through stainless mesh to remove wax specks without stripping floral aroma. Poured into sustainable 250g, 500g, and 1kg glass jars, sealed with tamper-evident batch provenance.
